Where is Navigate based?

We're based in Bristol. All roles are hybrid, we value regular in-person time together but trust people to manage their own time and output.

What does the hiring process look like?

Typically an initial conversation, then a final interview with the leadership team. We keep it clear and move at pace.

Do I need sector experience?

For senior roles, experience in tourism, culture or heritage is a real advantage. For more junior positions, we care more about how you think and your ambition to learn the sector.
