The Challenge
Eden Project appointed Navigate at a pivotal moment. With a refreshed direction and ambitious commercial periods ahead, the priority was clear: get activity live quickly, deliver strong results without disruption, and build momentum across key seasonal peaks, while also laying the foundations for a more strategic, joined-up future.
Eden Project needed a partner who could embed at pace, bring clarity and confidence from day one, and balance immediate performance with longer-term strategic thinking.
Immediate impact fast onboarding and early results
Navigate moved quickly to establish a solid operational footing. Through a focused onboarding phase, we ensured a smooth transition across campaigns, tracking, reporting and workflows, allowing activity to continue without interruption.
By aligning closely with Eden Project’s internal teams, we were able to get campaigns live fast and deliver immediate impact. A high-impact locals campaign launched at speed, driving regional awareness and visits, hitting performance targets early, and demonstrating value from the outset.
Performance excellence through expert optimisation
Beyond getting campaigns live, our focus was on improving performance through best-in-class advice and continuous optimisation. Drawing on deep experience across visitor attractions and digital advertising, we refined targeting, creative approaches and channel strategy to maximise efficiency and results.
This approach proved particularly effective across a series of key seasonal activations. Navigate supported Eden Project through three high-performing campaigns, a regional locals activation, Eden’s flagship Halloweden experience, and a commercially critical Christmas campaign. Each campaign balanced Eden’s brand experience with strong performance, driving demand, engagement and conversions across peak periods.
The combined success of these campaigns, alongside our hands-on optimisation and strategic input, demonstrated both immediate impact and long-term value, leading to Navigate being appointed as Eden Project’s long-term digital advertising partner.
Strategic partnership and planning
As delivery stabilised and performance strengthened, the partnership evolved into a more strategic phase. Navigate worked collaboratively with Eden Project’s marketing teams to provide industry insight, share emerging digital advertising innovations, and apply learnings from across the visitor attraction landscape.
Through structured planning sessions, we helped shape priorities, align workstreams, and build a joined-up annual strategy for 2026 - blending Navigate’s external perspective with Eden Project’s goals and ambitions to create a clear, confident roadmap for the year ahead.

“When we brought Navigate on board, we needed pace, clarity and a partner who could hit the ground running. From the outset they managed the agency handover with confidence, got campaigns live quickly, and delivered strong performance across our attraction experiences.
Their digital-first approach and expert optimisation have helped us drive better results, while their clear and transparent reporting has given us confidence day to day.
What we value most is their ability to combine immediate impact with meaningful strategic input. As we look to the future, Navigate has played a key role in helping us define priorities and shape a joined-up plan that will help us reach our audiences more effectively.”
