Marketing Manager.

  • Bristol · Hybrid (3 days in office)
  • Full-time
  • £30,000–£35,000 DOE
  • Reports to Head of Marketing

Take ownership of the day-to-day delivery of Navigate's marketing. A broad role with genuine ownership across creative production, websites, CRM and lead generation, for someone ready to take the next step in their career.

The opportunity

Strategy into execution.

Working alongside the Head of Marketing, you'll turn strategy into high-quality delivery across Navigate's own marketing and selected client projects.

You'll work closely with our Content Manager, combining design, digital marketing, websites, CRM and creative production to ensure every piece of work is delivered to a consistently high standard.

This is a broad role with genuine ownership. Rather than specialising in one area of marketing, you'll develop experience across creative production, digital delivery, websites, lead generation and marketing systems.

You'll work directly with experienced strategists, contribute your own ideas and take responsibility for work that has a genuine impact on both Navigate and our clients.

No two weeks look the same.

One week you might be planning a photography shoot for a wildlife attraction, designing a proposal for a new client, building a landing page and improving our CRM.

The next you could be preparing conference materials, working with developers on a website update, reviewing campaign performance or helping shape a new lead generation journey.

Key responsibilities

What you'll own.

Four areas of responsibility, each with real scope to make your mark.

01

Websites & digital marketing

  • Build and maintain Navigate's websites and landing pages.
  • Improve user journeys and conversion performance.
  • Publish website content and support ongoing SEO improvements.
  • Monitor website performance and recommend improvements.
02

CRM & lead generation

  • Build, manage and continually improve Navigate's CRM.
  • Develop lead capture journeys across forms, landing pages and automation.
  • Ensure marketing data is accurate, segmented and actionable.
  • Optimise lifecycles and retention plans.
  • Produce reporting that gives clear visibility of marketing performance and pipeline.
03

Creative planning & production

  • Design high-quality proposals, presentations, credentials documents, campaign creative and marketing assets within Navigate's brand framework and our clients' brand guidelines.
  • Lead creative ideation for campaigns and content, translating strategic objectives into compelling visual concepts.
  • Develop photography and video strategies, producing detailed shot lists, creative briefs and content plans for client projects.
  • Bring independent creative judgement to every brief, confidently making recommendations that strengthen creative quality and campaign effectiveness.
  • Coordinate shoots with colleagues, clients and suppliers, providing creative direction before, during and after production.
  • Maintain brand consistency across Navigate and client work.
04

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing to deliver strategic priorities.
  • Support the Content Manager with creative assets, websites and marketing systems.
  • Use AI tools to improve workflows, efficiency and creative development.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, partners and event organisers where appropriate.
