Cultural Enterprises Announce Navigate Partnership

8 July 2024

Award-winning marketing specialist Navigate has been announced as the Association of Cultural Enterprise’s digital marketing partner.

The agreement sees Navigate as providing strategic support to the association and offering industry insight to its members.

Gordon Morrison, CEO of Cultural Enterprises, said:

“Cultural Enterprises exists primarily to help cultural organisations maximise their commercial returns. With funding cuts across the sector and ever-increasing costs, our education, training, and resources are becoming increasingly important in helping cultural organisations survive and thrive.  I’ve known Navigate for a few years now.

After speaking with the team there about where Cultural Enterprises is heading and our vital role in supporting the cultural sector going forward, it felt like a natural fit to have Navigate collaborate with us on that journey. Navigate is such an experienced pair of hands, and the insight and strategy they’ll support us with will allow us to make a difference to our members and the sector at large.”

Navigate will provide the Cultural Enterprises Executive team with strategic consultancy to help the association deliver maximum impact and support its members and the wider cultural sector.

Navigate specialises in this sector, working with culture, heritage, and nature organisations to grow their income and impact through marketing strategy and digital advertising.

Over its two-decade history, Navigate has worked with a range of Cultural Enterprises members, such as National Museum of Royal Navy, The Mary Rose, Hawk Conservancy Trust, Leeds Castle, Minack Theatre and Birmingham Museums Trust to name a few. Navigate has a track record of growing visitors, income, and impact for iconic organisations both in the UK and around the world.

Simon Jones, Managing Director of Navigate, said:

“Cultural Enterprises members are driven by a deep passion for cultural preservation, and we are thrilled to collaborate with this remarkable organisation and members who are essential cultural institutions across the UK and beyond.

Our focus is clear: by expanding their reach and enhancing their financial sustainability, we ensure that more people experience and support the invaluable culture that Cultural Enterprises members preserve. Together, we will unlock new opportunities and drive growth for the entire cultural sector.”
