The brief

Hawk Conservancy Trust is a charity with a mission to preserve birds of prey. Their visitor attraction and nature reserve is located in Hampshire, set within a stunning 22-acre site.

They, like many organisations we’ve worked with, are often viewed as an attraction first, and a charity second. Because of this, they asked us here at Navigate to conduct an audit of their digital marketing and produce a strategy to grow visitor numbers, raise brand awareness for their charitable work, and increase donations.

When conducting a digital marketing audit, there are different tactics and areas we work on depending on the client’s needs. For the Hawk Conservancy Trust, we audited owned and earned channels content and paid media campaigns to form a suite of recommendations for optimised practices and future activity.

The idea was to inspire and excite new audiences about travelling to Mauritius for a holiday.
