The Challenge
The Hawk Conservancy Trust, a charity and visitor attraction dedicated to preserving birds of prey, sought to grow both revenue and visitor numbers. They needed guidance on where to start and how to refine their digital marketing efforts to raise awareness for their conservation work and increase donations.
The Plan
We were tasked with conducting a comprehensive digital marketing audit to assess their current channels and strategies. Our approach was to provide a clear set of recommendations to optimise their marketing activities, increase engagement, and effectively raise brand awareness.

The brief
Hawk Conservancy Trust is a charity with a mission to preserve birds of prey. Their visitor attraction and nature reserve is located in Hampshire, set within a stunning 22-acre site.
They, like many organisations we’ve worked with, are often viewed as an attraction first, and a charity second. Because of this, they asked us here at Navigate to conduct an audit of their digital marketing and produce a strategy to grow visitor numbers, raise brand awareness for their charitable work, and increase donations.
