Challenge 

Trebah Garden is a sub-tropical Cornish garden steeped in heritage, creativity, and the spirit of innovation. With its very own private beach and countless secret corners waiting to be discovered, Trebah offers the perfect escape for all ages. Like many visitor attractions, recovering from the pandemic years and growing visitors back to pre2020 levels was the goal for our collaboration. The target was to hit their budget and meet expectations of 80,000 visitors across the year. Challenge accepted!  

What we did 

Trebah Garden has a multi-audience approach when it comes to its visitors. They have a loyal core audience of locals. Mid-week, this ranges from pre-school families to a retired demographic. Then, they attract a wide range of families and tourists during weekend and holiday periods. 
Our digital advertising approach was to target each audience with a bespoke message and advertising campaign, ensuring they saw value in the offer but recognised themselves in the campaign messaging and content.
