The Hawk Conservancy Trust is a charity with a mission to conserve birds of prey and their habitats. Their visitor attraction is located in Hampshire, set within a stunning 22-acre site.
The Trust undertakes conservation and research projects in the UK and overseas and collaborates with numerous organisations and conservation groups to deliver them. Education and raising awareness about birds of prey, their habitats, and the threats facing them is an important part of their mission. Notable projects include the Raptor Nest Box and Red Kite reintroduction projects in the UK and the International Vulture Programme in southern Africa and South Asia.
The support of thousands of visitors each year is crucial to the Trust’s work. As a charity, funding from memberships, entrance fees, and donations is essential to sustain its work. Volunteers and staff are dedicated to ensuring that the Trust’s mission, which started from humble beginnings nearly 60 years ago, thrives for years to come.
