The Navigate Academy is a 12-month paid media training programme for graduates who want to build practical digital marketing skills from day one.
You'll work on live campaigns for museums, wildlife organisations, heritage sites and visitor attractions, while learning directly from experienced paid media specialists in Bristol.
Alongside structured platform training, reporting and campaign management experience, you'll receive face-to-face mentoring and gradual ownership across real client accounts.
Successful completion of the programme leads into a permanent Paid Media Executive role at Navigate.

Google Ads certifiedAudience building, creative testing and performance analysis across Meta and LinkedIn, plus emerging platforms as the landscape evolves.
Meta Blueprint certifiedConversion tracking, attribution modelling and GA4, understanding what's actually working, and why.
GA4 certifiedPersona development, audience segmentation and targeting strategy across platforms and campaign types.
Turning performance data into clear, useful insight and presenting results to clients without hiding behind jargon.
Full-funnel planning, budget allocation and longer-term account strategy, contributing ideas, not just executing them.

Navigate is based in Bristol. The role includes hybrid working, with regular in-person support, training and mentoring from the team.
By the end of the programme, you should be confidently supporting campaign setup, understanding core performance metrics, contributing to reporting and taking ownership of smaller campaigns or accounts.
